"The highest view is without view."
"The highest meditation is without meditation."
"The highest act is without acting."Dzog-chen is a direct means of contacting our deeper nature, Rigpa, an intrinsic 'awareness' that is said to have no beginning and no end.
Rigpa - being the very essence of the awakened state consciousness, the dream-state awareness, and the 'awareness' in deep sleep as well as that of the death process - is the base of any experience and very relevant for all of us.
‘Seeing’ this intrinsic nature itself, it is possible to loosen up the fixations in our outer shaky identifications of our-selves, and instead attend to the rich and nurturing nature of being.
